Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom orders, and items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for returns.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required to process all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at contact@mkmerchandise.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions.
  3. Package the item securely and include all original materials, accessories, and documentation.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, a refund will be provided instead.

Non-Returnable Items
